⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL FRANCHISEES
1. Franchise Panel – Monthly Rent
The Franchisee shall pay a monthly rent of ₹5,000 for Franchise Panel Management on or before the 5th day of every month.
The ₹5,000 monthly rent is applicable for each allotted territory/district.
2. Profile Creation Commission
A. Company-Generated Leads:
If the lead is generated by MOTHI MATRIMONY and the Franchisee successfully creates the member's profile, the Franchisee will receive ₹50 commission for each profile.
B. Franchisee-Generated Leads:
If the lead is generated by the Franchisee and the Franchisee successfully creates the member's profile, the Franchisee will receive ₹100 commission for each profile.
3. Member Verification Responsibility
The Franchisee is responsible for collecting and verifying the following details of every member:
📷 Photograph
📧 Email ID
📱 Mobile Number
The Franchisee must ensure that the submitted information is genuine and properly verified before creating the profile.
4. Online Membership Plan Commission
When a Franchisee successfully sells any MOTHI MATRIMONY Online Membership Plan, including the Basic Plan, the Franchisee will receive 25% commission on the applicable membership sale.
5. Money-Back Guarantee Policy Commission
When a Franchisee successfully sells the Money-Back Guarantee Policy, the commission structure will be:
Up to ₹1,00,000 in revenue: 10% commission
Revenue above ₹1,00,000: 20% commission
