To my Goenkars and all of you who have completed us,
On behalf of the Federation I take immense pride in Welcoming you to the Fatorda Stadium tomorrow when we will host the BanquetSPORTS Goa Rugby "Goa Schools Touch League" , "Goa Touch League" & the International Friendly with the Middle East Team (U.A.E) , a World Cup 2015 playing Country. It's emotional to announce their Arrival in Little Goa and we promise to be Hospitable Hosts to our Opposition.
This journey has been short but definitive, tough but achievable, beyond bounds but dream-able and most importantly the initiation of a couple of Visionaries but completed with the love of the Goa Rugby faithful.
It's an honour to step out on that Pitch tomorrow, only a handful in the World get this Opportunity, we've got it and we will make the best of it. From Parents, to Teachers, to Friends, to Associates, to Family and God we will play our Heart out for the ones who have believed in us and bring home Pride, the only obstacle between our Dreams and Victory is "us". To have come this Far is a victory in itself, but we know what we're made of and we will not stop short of anything but completion.
Tomorrow we unite as one, Lets rise to a Morning where Goa tells a story to the World, one written by us and completed with Love. I will be eternally grateful to each and everyone of you for making Goa Rugby a Development Model idolised by many, including our self belief. Tomorrow is for Amche Goa, the Finishing Line is in Sight. I love you all :-)
