A long table, dressed to be looked down. A runner of baby's breath and trailing greenery stretches along blush floral linen, broken up by white orchid sprays, cream roses and silver mercury vases. A tall glass cylinder packed with baby's breath marks the near end, and the thatched roofs and palms blur softly behind. Light, airy and romantic, with a little more height at every turn.

Mehendi, set on the grass. Round tables dressed in sage polka dot linen sit under the palms, each with a tall greenery centrepiece and soft white blooms, surrounded by white chiavari chairs. Thatched umbrellas dot the lawn for shade, so the whole setup stays relaxed, leafy and easy on the eye. Fresh, simple and made for a long afternoon of henna, music and good company.

Guests were welcomed through a draped floral arch and a mirrored signage panel framed in blush and mauve blooms. Inside, the ballroom went lilac and gold, chiavari chairs tied with organza bows, round tables in purple linen with pastel floral centrepieces and gold candles, and arched consoles lining the walls. The stage carried a palace-inspired backdrop with a scalloped arch, ivory drapes and a painted and LED panel, so the family had a setting worth photographing all evening.

The palette turned deep red and gold for Vanshraj's Munj ceremony. Set within the temple grounds, we built the mandap backdrop entirely in fresh flowers, a rose arch filled with stylised lotus and floral motifs worked in shades of purple, pink and yellow, with a rangoli-style floral floor laid out in front of it. Around it, arched pedestals in gold, brass kalash and samai lamps, welcome signage at the entrance, and guest seating dressed in maroon. Traditional at its core, styled to feel considered from every seat in the room.

Green in every shade, from the gate to the ground floor. We ran foliage and fresh blooms up the entrance staircase, framed the welcome signage in palms, and lined the lawn with arched pedestals, brass urlis and mint pastel detailing. Inside, the Devkarya setup sat against a hand-painted backdrop with hanging floral torans, banana leaf accents and brass lamps at the base.

Two urns, two heights, one conversation. The taller terracotta piece carries dried grasses and clustered blooms up and out, while the shorter ivory vessel keeps things low and wide with olive branches and soft botanicals. Grouped candles sit at the base and a jute mat grounds the pair against the laterite wall, proof that a corner styled well is worth as much as the centre of the room.

The first thing guests read, and the first thing they remember. A tall printed panel in smoky neutrals sits inside a slim gold frame, with the Sands of Symmetry lettering set against soft script and the gala details running clean down the base. Terracotta and ivory urns flank it with dried palm and pampas, and cutout lanterns fill the space between, so the whole welcome moment stands as one balanced composition.

For the EO Goa President's Gala 2026, we brought the "Sands of Symmetry" theme to life with this bespoke entrance design. Embracing a modern boho aesthetic, we combined custom wavy signage with bold gold lettering, intricate cutout lantern details, and lush, textured arrangements of pampas grass and dried botanicals.
