At Dusit Thani Hua Hin, Ranch catered a three-day wedding celebration hosted by Mr. Sanjiv Ohri for his daughter Seerat and Davesh. Hin menus, curated with renowned celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, showcased the strengths of India’s regional kitchens- from Awadhi classics and Kashmiri specialities to coastal favourites and beloved chaats.

Set within an international destination, the celebrations brought together family, guests, and some of the most respected names in hospitality, including Anil Chaddha, Zubin Songadwala, Rajiv Menon, and Chef Sanjeev Kapoor himself- we’re honoured to be have been apart of such an epic celebration.

For Jahnvi and Udayvir’s cocktail/sangeet at A DOT- brought together a lively spread of counters that kept guests moving between flavours all evening. From Korean hot pot led by our very own Chef J**o to crispy Tuscan melts made with hand-rolled focaccia, the evening unfolded with Indian staples, global favourites, sweet treats and plenty more to explore.

With each counter drawing its own crowd and flavours spanning across cuisines, it became the kind of evening where the food was just as much a part of the celebration as the music, the dancing, and everything else a cocktail night calls for.
