Unlock Creativity - Learning through Kids
Last evening, I called my 8 year old to ask the same repetitive question which most of us as parents do every day – ‘How was the day?’
‘Good, Mom, as always’, she replied. There was so much of contentment in her voice, that for few seconds I thought how amazing it is for kids to end their school day so final, so finished, so complete? As I reached back home after a hectic day at work, I saw her doing multiple things, switching from one act t another with same energy and never diminishing pleasure. As I kept thinking and watching her acts, I found the answer within – For kids, everyday feels like an eternity, a new hour means new opportunities to do something different – explore new adventures, learn new things – do whatever makes them happy. Kids don't carry baggage from one day to the next. They start fresh, always.
This word, ‘always’ just got stuck in my mind.
Why don’t we carry the same Hope & Determination as kids just like we don’t know any better!
