Terms and Conditions for Echoes of India – Organized by Panchhi The Open Mic National Platform
By registering for and participating in this open mic event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
1.1. The event is open to all participants across India, irrespective of age, gender, or background.
1.2. Each participant must register through the official platform before the deadline.

2. Registration and Fees
2.1. Registration is mandatory to participate.
2.2. Any registration fee (if applicable) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Social Media Participation
3.1. Contestants must share event flyers, posters, and promotional reels on their personal social media platforms to help promote the event.
3.2. All participants are required to follow, like, and subscribe to the official social media pages and YouTube channel of HRK Event & Management & Panchhi The Open Mic Platform
3.3. Any collaborations made during the event must be posted on the official "Panchhi The Open Mic" social media pages.

4. Performance Guidelines
4.1. Each participant is allowed a specific time slot (e.g., 5 minutes) based on the performance category.
4.2. Performances must be original or duly credited if they include copyrighted material.
4.3. Small children, elderly individuals, or participants with valid reasons (e.g., catching a train, bus, or flight) may request to perform in a slot of their choice. The request must be genuine and approved by the organizers.
4.4. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language.
- Politically sensitive or religiously inflammatory material.
- Explicit or vulgar content.
4.5. Contestants are strictly prohibited from using abusive language or promoting hate speech during their performance.
4.6. No content or remarks that malign any religion or community will be tolerated. Violators will be disqualified immediately.
4.7. All performances are subject to review by the event organizers.

5. Event Rules
5.1. Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled performance slot. Late arrivals may forfeit their chance to perform.
5.2. All props, instruments, or equipment (except basic microphones and sound systems) must be arranged by the participant.
5.3. Organizers reserve the right to adjust the schedule or sequence of performances.

6. Recording, Video Upload, and Promotion**
6.1. By participating, you grant "Panchhi The Open Mic National Platform" the right to record, photograph, and share your performance for promotional purposes on social media, websites, or other platforms.
6.2. Only performances meeting the quality standards set by the organizers will be uploaded to the official channels.
6.3. The decision regarding video uploads will be at the sole discretion of the organizers, and no disputes will be entertained.
6.4. No additional compensation will be provided for the use of such content.

7. Liability
7.1. The organizers will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
7.2. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

8. Code of Conduct
8.1. All participants and attendees must maintain a respectful and supportive environment.
8.2. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of event guidelines will result in disqualification and removal from the venue.
8.3. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

9. Cancellation or Rescheduling
9.1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. In case of cancellation, registered participants will be notified promptly.

10. Organizer Rights
10.1. The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event schedule without prior notice.
10.2. Any decisions made by the organizers regarding event management, performance slots, or video uploads will be final and binding.

11. Agreement
By registering and participating in "Echoes of India" , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
