This concept draws from the chaos, colour, and comfort of our cities from the tang of puchkas in Kolkata to the spice-laden grills of Lucknow, from Mangalore’s coastal warmth to the quiet nostalgia of Jammu’s kitchens.
It isn’t about recreating the streets, but about reinterpreting their essence - the laughter, the aroma, the shared emotion through thoughtful presentation and modern hospitality.

Sattvic offerings have always carried a deep connection to purity - simple and soulful. From thali-style plates layered with balance, to saffron-hued sauces that echo ritual, to mithai reinterpreted as intricate desserts, every dish draws from that timeless philosophy.

It was never about recreating rituals, but about translating their essence into flavour, form, and experience. A way of honouring heritage while allowing it to find a new voice on the plate.

A look back at our time as the catering partners at the EPL jersey reveal and launch event.

With a menu concept inspired from the Mumbai culture, our team brought together dishes that feel closely tied to the city’s signature chaos and rhythm.

Each element was chosen for its connection to the city - flavours people recognise, enjoy, and naturally gravitate toward. Guests moved through the counters the same way they move through Mumbai: with ease, familiarity, and a sense of discovery.

The overall experience was built to match the atmosphere of the jersey reveal, energetic, welcoming, and reflective of the spirit of the team and the city behind it.
