This Independence Day, we're reminded that democracy is at its strongest when citizens participate peacefully, raise their voices, and institutions listen. Recent student-led protests and the government's response have sparked conversations across the country about accountability, reform, and the power of civic engagement. Whatever our individual views, a nation where people can seek change through democratic means is a nation that continues to honour the spirit of freedom.

May we continue to build an India where courage is met with dialogue, differences are met with respect, and freedom is matched by responsibility.

Every groom has a royal side.
Some just discover it with the Queen of Spades. ♠️😂

While everyone else was admiring the décor at , had his eyes on something else entirely—a giant Queen of Spades placard. Naturally, there was only one thing to do... pick it up and pose like he'd just won the biggest hand of the evening.

Dressed in his regal sherwani, Amulya looked every bit the king, even if he was technically holding the queen. Safe to say, the bride wasn't the only one serving main character energy that day!

Sometimes the best wedding portraits happen when the groom stops trying to be serious and simply has fun.

With every fold of the saree, the traditional nath, the graceful jewellery, and an effortless confidence, she carried the true essence of a Marathi bride. Amidst the vibrant celebrations of a '2 States' wedding, she stood tall as a reminder that embracing your heritage is always in fashion.

Rule #2: Catch your partner. 🤭

Thankfully, Bijeet remembered Rule #2 just in time. 😂❤️

During Tessa and Bijeet's portraits at , we asked for a graceful little twirl. The plan was elegance. The reality? Tessa spun with *far* more enthusiasm than expected and came flying straight towards Bijeet, almost knocking the poor groom off balance! 😄

The laughter that followed was worth far more than the perfectly executed pose. Because that's the thing about the best wedding photographs—they're rarely perfect. They're wonderfully, beautifully real.

And yes... we did get *the* shot. Right after everyone stopped laughing. 😉✨

Some celebrations begin in a banquet hall. Others begin 27 floors above the city, with just two people and a sky full of possibilities. ☁️🤍

Last year, we had the privilege of covering and 's beautiful baby shower. The event was filled with laughter, family, and excitement for the little one who was on the way. But before the celebrations began, we stole a few quiet moments for ourselves—and those turned out to be some of our favourites.

At their 27th-floor residence, with the skyline stretching endlessly behind them, it almost felt like we were photographing them amongst the clouds. No elaborate setup. No grand location. Just two soon-to-be parents, soaking in the anticipation of the biggest adventure of their lives. ❤️

Sometimes, the most memorable portraits aren't taken at famous locations. They're taken at home, where every little corner already holds a lifetime of memories—and is waiting to welcome one more. ✨
