A traditional Indian wedding lasts an average of three days. On the first night, a priest will often perform the ganesh pooja, a ceremony that usually happens at home with only the couple, the bridal party and close relatives. Then comes the haldi , the mehendi, cocktail party, the wedding day and last but not the least the reception. The hindu vivah is a tradition of saat pheras around the hawan kund (fire) and putting garlands around each other's neck . The mangalsutra ( gold traditional necklace) and the sindoor (vermilion) are the main rituals to complete a hindu wedding. All the ceremonies are later followed by lunch/ dinner. The attire of the bride and the groom consists of traditional outfits a (saree and a sherwani) accessorized with gold jewellery . The bride looks stunningly beautiful with her handsome groom.

I think weddings are extraordinary!!!Every man or women deserves to feel special on their special day. It makes you endure the heterogeneity of beautiful traditional functions, the excitement of how every function has different attire as per the traditions, the time when your not worried if the makeup looks too much on you,the one time you can feel yourself involved in the rituals and the traditions. The happiness you feel when you see so many guests dressed up with full makeup for your special day. The joy you feel when you see your guests as excited as you are for your special day. The happiness on your parents face you see is the internal satisfaction you feel on that day. The bond your creating with your partner is bliss.👐

DECOR - One of the most important element in any wedding. How beautiful is it to see the decor change for every function? The elements you play around depending on the ritual. The colors that are used, the flowers that are used, how well they are designed in what ever form it may have to take.
