This was a very Shocking thing in our life that we lost our first car in an fire accident and as we also had a insurance of our car done from RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE we had some hope that we would get some amount of money back from the insurance company but the company rejected the insurance just because we had put some extra fitting of headlamps in our car but that too while buying the insurance it was already there in our car as the insurance company sent their person to take photos to verify the car the lamps we're already there that time as they just wanted the insurance contract they approved and gave us insurance but not at the time of claim they refuse to pay us the insured amount saying that the extra fittings of lamps where there in the cars so the claim got rejected . This is how this people fool us @ the time of claim please be careful with this situation and cross question them when u buy such things And don't suffer as we are right now
