The dream began with cooking exotic food for friends and family. This passion to cook took me to Paris to attend a culinary school, Ferrandi where I trained to become a professional chef. Myhomebistro is a concept where I take the restaurant to people's home or invite them to my home to experience a sit down meal of 3 to 5 courses. I like to work with local and seasonal produce and try hard to ret

ain the taste of the produce without tampering much of it's taste as I believe in this dialogue from the movie Burnt -

It’s burger weekend. Introducing a new burger. Stay tuned. Posted • A very indulgent Sunday lunch thanks to burgers sent by Shikha .shikha
There was the maddeningly delightful pork belly burger and a kochumpuli chicken burger which had the Coorg vinegar of the same name as its base. They came in Baby Loaf soft Japanese milk buns made by her, jacket baby potatoes which were lovely and a refreshing salad too.

Hi!! There will be no Weekend Menu coming this week, but I want to share some good news. Thanks to all of you, and your continuous orders, I have outgrown my current kitchen. A few days ago, I signed a contract for a new place, and we are all now focusing on renovating and moving into this new place. I appreciate everyone who has ordered food or recommended me to their contacts. You are all a big part of my business and this journey. See you soon with a new weekend menu 😊
