* Why Mothers Should Cook *

Before I answer to this question, I have a question to ask you all.... what are the most fondest memories of your childhood ?
⭐️⭐️
Mines are - 1) all the delicious food cooked by my mother, those home bday parties, festivals and yummy food made by her.
2) All the places I have travelled with my family & friends. 🍀🍀

It’s a very old saying in Hindi - “ जेसा मन, वेसा अन, वेसा तन “ it means if you make food with love & positive energy it builds happy & healthy bodies, and that’s why it’s so important for mothers to cook coz nobody else can pour the love, positivity & good energy in food than them. Even if you don’t get time daily to cook cook once a week, teach your kids cooking while you cook. Cooking is the simplest & purest form of showing affection that’s why around the globe working not working, poor or rich, women love to cook for their husbands & kids. ⭐️⭐️
Food is science and again it’s a very important saying which I would like to share “ You are what you eat “ ..... so cool and eat healthy food :))))

Vivan is crazy for Lego and after completing this beautiful set he made a small video with running commentary to explain all the tiny details.

The most difficult thing during this situation is engaging kids, but if we think wisely it isn’t that tough, sharing few points we as family applying.
1) Delegate task to them, watering plants, bed making, table lay out before meals, Laundary sorting etc.
2) Let them explore one level advanced activities like video making, editing, story writing, doodling.
3) Dedicated time slot for studies so that they can remain punctual.
4) Play board games with them, watch classic old anime, cook & bake with them, sing with them, dance with them.
5) Watch their childhood photos & videos with them, show them your childhood, collage day’s photos.

This is a rare opportunity make the best out of it. ❤️

Dear Parents don’t panic but stay alert, follow simple guidelines issued by government.
1. Avoid going to crowded places.
2. Wash / sanitise you’re hands frequently.
3. Avoid eating outside food.
4. Wear mask if you have to go to crowded places.
5.In sickness seek medical advise asap.
6. Eat stuff which keeps your immunity intact.
