You know it’s a good party when you just can’t get your eyes off the decor 😌🍷
For this Sangeet at Fairmont Mumbai, we didn’t just style a space — we built a whole feeling. The brief? Bold, immersive, and unforgettable. The answer? A sea of red velvet, candlelight, and drama that you could feel the second you walked in.
We wanted the room to glow. Not just with lights (though we layered those too), but with warmth, intimacy, and that quiet kind of luxury that doesn’t shout, but still turns heads.
Here’s what went down:
🔴 The colour story – We wrapped the venue in deep crimsons, wine reds, and soft amber highlights. Every shade was chosen to feel plush and indulgent — like a glass of red at golden hour.
🌸 The florals – Structured, statement, and sculptural. No fillers, no fluff. Just intentional blooms that added height, softness, and romance where it mattered.
🍽️ The tables – Think mirrored reflections, custom soft seating, candle clusters that flickered like fireflies, and layers of luxe linen and textures. Yes, even the napkins had a moment.
🛋️ Lounge corners – Velvet upholstery, mood lighting, and just enough glam to keep things photo-ready but still inviting.
🌕 The stage – Set to shift with every beat of the night — because design should move with the music, too.
Every corner of this sangeet was imagined with feeling. From the flow of movement to how the candles hit the glassware — it was all designed to hold people, stories, and celebration.
