Vartaman holds a distinct place in Pancham Nishad’s legacy. Launched in 2002, featuring established icons then such as Ustad Rashid Khan, Vidushi Ashwini Bhide Deshpande, and Santoor Maestro Satish Vyas.
Vartaman is an endorsement of musicians who represent the present strength and immediate future of Hindustani Classical Music. It is never meant to be static.
The 2026 edition reflects a deliberate modern shift; placing young rising musicians directly into prime time, proscenium spotlights that will define the next 30 years.
