Our first Sports Event Night Half Marathon "Run for Tapi" 2017 in Surat city. MJ events was given the responsibility of stage management, ( as CM Vijay Rupani was going to come), On route entertainment and most importantly Sports Celebrity Suggestion, Coordination & Collaboration. Since the Organizers were looking for a sports personality who would not only run the night marathon but also inspire people in some way to join sports. MJ Events suggested them the name of Kargil War Veteran Major D P Singh who is also known as the first blade runner of India. Our organizers were super pleased to know about him as they had never heard of an amputee who ran marathons. Sooo this is how MJ Events introduced People of Surat to Major DP Singh who believes that there are no limits to what you can achieve.
His participation in the event inspired not only normal people but also people with disabilities to join sports.

With no clear plan, no company name, no experience, ONLY A DESIRE TO DO SOMETHING... that's when we got the opportunity to cast for film "Wass...up! Zindagi" since it was a gujarati film and Jignesh new a lot of gujarati actors we jumped at the offer and decided to work on it and see how it moves from there... our name MJ Events and logo all was also decided upon during the making of the film.. it was our first experience but a wonderful one... so sharing memories of MJ Events first work.... as casting directors of film "Wass...up! Zindagi".
