Just wrapped up a beautiful recce at Albert Pinto for an upcoming Saraswat Goan pop-up. It’s still in the works, but seeing our cuisine take steps toward the capital feels surreal.

Loved meeting the chefs and the marketing team warm, passionate people who truly respect food and culture.
