* Short-Grain Rice (Arborio was used)
*Kashmiri Saffron
*Locally sourced Seafood from APMC, Navi Mumbai (Clams, Shrimp, Calamari & crab meat)
* Vibrant Bell peppers
*Bouillon De Poisson (Fish Stock using the trimmings of the above seafood)

A very simple dish yet packed with immense flavor. The seafood can be substituted for more vegetables and a vegetable stock can be used.

In this dish, the seafood and quality of rice are the stars of the show as the other ingredients do justice to it's grandeur.

Arabica Coffee & Madeira infused Tiramisu Globe coated in a 70% Valrhona Guanaja Chocolate glaze.

1. Raspberry Coulis
2. Mango Puree
3. Yuzu concentrate
4. Kiwi Fluid gel
5. Blue Pea Flower Extract
6. Murasaki Imo (Japanese Purple Sweet Potato Powder & Blackberry Infusion)

Biting into the Tiramisu with each of the purees allows for different flavour combinations & experiences

Served up with a Vietnamese white coffee ice cream

After lots of planning and finally getting the time to make it, I feel it was worth the wait. Hats off to you both. A very well thought meal overall..The Ambience, the Food, the service..not too pretentious as most restaurants tend to be these days. They lose focus on the taste and focus more on unnecessarily showing off.
Located in a small nook of Shahpurjat is this quaint little place boasting of classical French cuisine. From the popup they did Last night with and I believe they have a lot to offer and they bring a completely different mindset to the table.

1. Forest Caesar Salad - Not too heavy on the dressing yet classically done

2. Burrata Salade - Fresh, citric and a nice surprise of candied walnuts brought the dish together

3. Kale & Smoked Chicken Tartine - Chicken was cooked perfectly..good balance of flavors

4. Sun-dried Tomato Tortellini - Al dente pasta always for the win

5. Coq Au Vin - Beautiful deep notes of Red wine infused in the chicken with fluffy whipped potato mash garnished with "Popcorn" microgreens from ..Different and unique

6. Poire Belle Helene - Beautifully poached pear with hints of cinnamon

I've known and his cooking style for quite some time now and it's safe to say that Delhi is going witness tasty, no-fuss, classic, sustainable and straight-from-the-heart food..

We were served a lovely kombucha sangria using .in Subtle yet flavorsome.
