4.Guaranteed number of pax will be charged.

5. In case of cancellation of programme due to any reason, the advance shall not be refunded.

6.In case the no of guest exceeds the guaranteed pax, it will be charged extra, as decided.

7.Kindly check and confirm the number of plates displayed, before commenceme

nt of the party.

8.Company shall not be liable for any theft, mis-happenings or natural calamities.
