DATSHI... the national food of the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. It's a delicious, but spicy dish cooked with different types of chillies and pepper with cheese.
There are many variants of datshi....EMA(chilli) DATSHI , KEWA(potato) DATSHI, DOLOM(brinjal) DATSHI etc.
