Attended the Bengal HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) Meet, organized by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. at JW Marriott Kolkata, on launching of Extra Tez commercial cylinder. The program was graced by our beloved celebrity Shri Sanjeev Kapoor .

Given an opportunity, when I asked him about role of Bengali cuisine on his dinner itinerary, serving mainly on state dignitaries and meets as G20, I was astonished by his in depth knowledge on Bengali cuisine, and equally impressed by his love for kashundi and shukto.

Counting the day, you would grace our, Progressive Caterer office. 🤌🏽😊
