Dear Patrons,
We thank you all for your over whelming support extended to us with reference to the defaming messages circulated by one of our clients. Since morning we have received many calls from many of you informing us about a client who has posted our photos and have accused us of cheating them in various aspects. Gathering your support we need not provide any explanations, however on the basis of what we have been informed, you may yourselves derive the truth.
1. She has claimed that we have charged them Rs. 1 Lac for cancellation of her event due to sudden demise of her relative. Please note that the total package sent to them was around Rs.72000/- so it would not be logical if it is claimed that we charged Rs.100000/- for cancellation and is absurd as well. We had requested them for a charge of Rs.35000/- only that too because the party was cancelled a few hours before the event. As such we requested for payment for only those expenses which had been incurred by us. Example:: the trucks and labours who had already reached the venue / were booked for the venue. Not a single percent of the amount requested has been levied as our charges.
2. The party was cancelled at 7:47 A.M. on the day of the event and not in advance as claimed. The unfortunate event occurred on the day of the event itself. After this new dates were changed on 3 occasions
3. They had agreed to pay us Rs.30000/- out of 35000/- which is what we requested after providing them with rupee to rupee breakup of what amount was paid to whom.
4. We would not like to highlight the issues/insults faced by us in this deal in public. But in general its a message to all that we are service providers and not goods that are purchased from market so using words like " We are your clients, we have paid you" cannot compel someone to go beyond their own limits.
We are sorry to put this is on facebook, but we were compelled to do so as we do not have access to the group where in these messages have been shared.
Social media has become a very easy way for people to vent out their anger / frustration but they should also be aware of the effects on others as well as themselves.
