Growing up, I was that girl who lived inside movies—swept away by their magic, their moments, their stories. No matter how I felt—happy, sad, or somewhere in between— movies carried me into their world, teaching me to believe in wonder and reminding me that every story deserves its own fairytale stage.
That belief found its voice at my brother’s wedding. From the first notes of the mehendi to the final weave of the mandap that framed their vows”, I poured my heart into every detail. And somewhere between the colors, the music, and the emotions, it clicked: every celebration is a movie in motion.
The bride and groom? The heroes.
The family and friends? The all-star cast.
The guests? A beautiful audience waiting to be wowed.
And me? I discovered my role as the storyteller behind the scenes—the director of it all—shaping the mood, stitching the frames, making sure every moment became eternal.
With a degree from Pearl Academy and training under Devika Narain & Co. and Silhouette Events, I transformed that spark into Aquila—a celebration design house rooted in soul, storytelling, and the magic of details. Because every celebration, like every great film, deserves to feel timeless.
