Sharad Shah, a veteran of the entertainment industry in our region, passed away today.

A versatile & multi talented entrepreneur, Sharadbhai operated across diverse fields, from Haldi trading & processing to event equipment rentals, and his beloved orchestra & entertainment business. He always brought a certain warmth to his business relationships.

Sharadbhai’s orchestra brought joy to countless music fans through thousands of performances. He was instrumental in popularizing & commercializing Dandia events across Western Maharashtra & beyond. His masterful drumming left an indelible mark on the hearts of Dandia enthusiasts. We collaborated with him for many such events.

We mourn with his family & share in their grief. His absence will be deeply felt by all of us in the events industry.

On the 1st of May, we at Bluebox Event Technologies Pvt Ltd. & Adfine produced and designed a mega campaign event "शिवशाहू निर्धार सभा" for the Maha Vikas Aghadi, under the leadership of Resp. Mr. Satej Patil, for Congress candidate Shrimant Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj in Kolhapur.

With technical finesse & precision event design, we created an immersive experience that created ripples and captured national attention. Using visually stunning, large format, high-resolution LED walls, relaying 14 live cameras, and a top-notch sound system, we fostered a high level of engagement between leaders and attendees, facilitating meaningful discourse.

Our event design echoed the grandeur and historic significance of the epic occasion, and resonated across Maharashtra. All our design choices were intentional..... from vibrant hues to subtle symbolism, they reinforced the message of hope, trust, and collective action. Our design aesthetics, including carefully crafted graphics and dynamic animated motion graphics, aligned seamlessly with the identity and messaging of all the parties of the MVA alliance, fostering unity and purpose among all the attendees.

In the tapestry of political discourse, our event design played a pivotal role, amplifying the voices of change without uttering a word. As we celebrate its success, join us to affirm & honor the tremendous transformative power of event design.... to communicate, to inspire, and to unite.

With 1600+ Doctors at 8 Concurrent Scientific Session Halls, 30+Key Notes, 18 Live Surgery Relays, 275+ Speakers including 25 national & 9 international faculties, Three Wet Labs for 20+ hands-on workshops, a Pharma Tech Exhibition with 80+ stalls, and over 300 Pharma Trade Delegates, Multiple Award shows and Gala Entertainment Concerts.... The 43rd Annual Conference of the Maharashtra Ophthalmology Society, MOSCON 2023, at Hotel Sayaji, on the 27th to 29th Oct 2023, was held at Kolhapur after a gap of two decades.
From conceptualization to end-to-end ex*****on, we at Bluebox Event Designs And Constructions, Designed, Produced and Managed the entire conference on a turnkey basis. At MOSCON 2023, our branded art installations, intricately and assiduously weaving the theme of “360-degree ophthalmology” into every facet of the event….. not only established a strong and impactful visual identity for the conference but also fostered a resonating sense of unity and purpose among the attendees.
Team Bluebox raised the bar with pro-grade Sound systems, 3D projectors, and High-tech Mega Screens that transformed presentations into visual masterpieces, capturing and enhancing the academic discourse. Surgeries relayed live, in breathtaking high resolution, brought a level of realism that was both groundbreaking and enhanced the engagement quotient for attending ophthalmologists, amplifying the overall impact of the scientific sessions.
From thematic designs to cutting-edge technology…. we at Bluebox Event Designs And Constructions raised the bar and set a new gold standard for future ophthalmology conferences. We thank the organizing committee for giving us a free hand in interpreting, designing, and doing turnkey production of Moscon 2023… the largest professional conference in the region. At the Republic Day Parade at Mumbai this year, the Urban Development Ministry’s parade float showcased the “Clean City, Green City” mission of the Govt. of Maharashtra….. the robotic technologies used in city cleaning, street painting art used for urban beautification, smart toilets… and many other things. The Entire float was made using real green plants & eco friendly construction materials.

This 36 feet long parade float, with a custom composed theme song and a group of 26 dancers performing specially choreographed sequences…… were all Designed, Produced & operated by my company Bluebox Events on a turnkey basis. We are among the very few companies outside of Mumbai to be empaneled with the Govt of Maharashtra for their Events & BTL Promotions in Category B.

We thank the Urban Development Ministry, Govt of Maharashtra & the entire team at the Swach Bharat Mission Department for putting their faith in us for this assignment.
