We are Kerala Hostess Anchors Team based in Kochi, Kerala We are a professional event group providing Welcome girls / Anchors/ for your special occasions of life time such as marriage functions, birthday parties and also for corporate events and product exhibition stalls. Wedding affairs are not so simple as it used to be earlier where the families of the groom and the bride used to get together to hold the wedding and with a few arrangements get it done with not so much trouble. But these days a little more than that is required. With the number of people attending and a large amount of errands to carry out it is not easy for the members to arrange the wedding and manage the guests at the same time. You soon realize that you need a few extra hands. So the best option is to hire a host or a hostess to help out with managing the guests and keep the wedding going according to your plan while you on the other hand can handle more urgent tasks. Surprisingly a host or a hostess is very important to have an organised wedding event. They can be assigned several responsibilities to carry out the event smoothly. Event hostesses can have a wide variety of jobs such as: • Give the guests a hearty welcome as they arrive at the wedding event. • Take the gifts that the guests bring or tell them where they can keep it. • Inform the guests about what is happening at the event and what is in store so that they are up to date. • Tell the guests where and at what time food will be served. • Let the guests know where the table cards are placed and where they are supposed to be seated. • Constantly moving around at the time of the event to make sure if everyone is comfortable or if they require anything. • See to it that all the gifts and money cards are packed up and in safe hands so that it reaches the bride and groom.
