*Some Things to Keep in Mind to ensure a Healthy Lockdown:*
1. Conserve Electricity. If you live in a society, if at least one person in a flat works from home, that's one additional spending 8-9 hours extra in the building. That means more lights, fans, maybe ACs, TV and definitely WiFi usage. Instead of each monopolising a room and spending electricity - sit together, eat together, play a board game!
2. Conserve Water. In the absence of maids, you have the privilege to do the dishes! Shut the tap while you use the dishwashing soap on the utensils. Use a bucket to bathe as opposed to the shower. Also while mopping the floor use less water!
3). Conserve Gas :- Whlie staying at home, You will want to have Tea/Coffee at intervals , so fill a thermose, New Gas Cylinder delivery will not happen. So preserve and Save Gas
4. Small Helpings. Stop tossing extra food. Reduce your intake (you are not moving as much as you normally do, dude) so stop adding to the garbage. If you can cut down on wet waste, you don't have to dispose garbage every day.
5. Get some form of exercise. Skip, do yoga, practise that handstand and use bodyweight exercises to burn those additional calories! If nothing else do Pranayam!
6. Reach out to family and friends in different cities and countries. Ask them how they are. How they are coping. It will help you both of you. Physical Isolation doesn't mean social boycott!
