Basketball Association Karnal (BAK) is the official body governing basketball in Karnal district, affiliated with the Haryana State Basketball Association (HSBA). The Basketball Association Karnal (BAK) is the governing and controlling body of basketball in Karnal and is responsible for the development and promotion of the Basketball at all levels. BAK has been involved in conducting camps, clinics, events, and training sessions at its academies for the development of basketball.

All aspiring players are invited to attend the District Karnal Sub Junior Team Selection Trials.
Selected players will represent Karnal District in the 50th Haryana State Sub-Junior Basketball Championship 2025 (Boys & Girls), to be held from 22nd to 24th August 2025 at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Gurgaon, Haryana.

Eligibility:
✅ Born on or after 1st January 2012
✅ Residents or students of Karnal
✅ Registered with Basketball Association Karnal
✅ Birth Registration Certificate issued within 3 years of birth

Documents Required:
📄 Self Aadhar Card Copy
📄 Birth Certificate Copy (Registration within 2 years of birth)
💰 Trial Fee (as per bye-laws, cheque payable to Basketball Association Karnal)

🏀 Karnal Junior Basketball Team Selection Trials Successfully Conducted! 🏀

The Basketball Association Karnal conducted the Selection Trials for Junior Boys & Girls (U-18) on Monday, 28th July 2025 at RPS International School, Alpha International City, Karnal.

Young basketball talents from across Karnal District participated with enthusiasm and showcased their skills, teamwork and passion for the game. The trials witnessed intense competition as players gave their best to earn a spot on the district team.

After a thorough evaluation, the Selection Committee shortlisted 12 Boys and 12 Girls who will represent Karnal District in the upcoming Haryana State Junior Basketball Championship 2025, scheduled to be held in Panipat from 8th to 10th August 2025.

A special note of gratitude to our guiding forces — Dr. Balbir Singh Saini (President), Navdeep Yadav, Abhishek Saini and Braham Dutt — for ensuring the trials were conducted smoothly and professionally.
