We are inviting the entries from Future Architects, Builders, Designers or Consultants to submit their Projects to compete for “First GB Student Project Award-2013”
Theme: Creating a Sustainable tomorrow
Sustainability is "Meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs."
The objective of the Award is to recognize a student project that demonstrates innovation, inspiration and a creative vision for the future of sustainable design in the field of green building and communities. This competition challenges students to explore innovative, realistic, efficient & comprehensive design that is easy to maintain and operate while being adaptable for future generations.
The project should (but is not limited to):
Clearly convey the fundamentals of sustainability by using innovative strategies and realistic solutions
Recognizing the need to provide options for today’s and tomorrow’s generation
Present a creative vision for the future of green and neighborhoods
Articulate the project’s key features and its environmental and human health benefits and demonstrate the value and the importance of integrated/synergistic system design and the process and essential technologies that contribute toward sustainability.
The project may be a building or any component of a building or the building process (eg. layout, construction materials, technologies, systems, or methods of construction)
How to Participate:
From each college maximum of 5 entries are allowed
Fill in the attached form and submit it to the authorized person in your college
There is no participation fees but to participate you need to register as a delegate of the conference (Registration fees for Student Delegate : Rs. 800)
Last Date for submission of Project is 5th Sept., 2013
Jury of Judges consists of renowned speakers of our conference. 2 Projects will be selected and awarded at the end of conference
Participation Certificate will be provided to all the participants
