Winter took it’s time, but the chill has finally settled in. With temperatures dropping below 15 degrees, it’s enough reason for us to cook some good good comforting home cooked mutton.

On the menu we have *Nihari* and *Biryani*(*with extra tender pieces*), one to please your soul and one to please your palette.
