Remembering my very first conversation with SHREE.

Bringing on board for the wedding was a call I took early and the one I felt instinctively right about. Having worked with them before, I knew the trust, the agility, and the intent they bring. More than anything, I knew they’d show up in a way that could match both the scale and the emotion of this celebration, and they reaffirmed that decision.

SHREE as a legacy, already brings incredible craftsmanship to the table, that’s a given. But what really stayed with me was everything beyond that. Opening up their space to us, making every trial feel effortless, creating an environment where things just felt easy. It stopped feeling like work very quickly and started to feel like a second home.

With Arpita, the journey took on a different meaning. The conversations, the warmth, the little gestures like sharing Ghar ka khaana, somewhere along the way, it blurred the lines between work and something far more real.🥹

And that’s what made this collaboration so special❤️

Ami Patel being Ami Patel ( ) has let her couple shine fully and how! Even when she felt differently on occasion , she backed the couple to tell their story in the most authentic way they wanted ! The result speaks for itself. She’s a go getter at a different level yet full of grace and quite strength. One can see how she has become the name she is today in the industry . Truly, it was so beautiful to work alongside her! We have had our stress calls and “we did it” calls! Thank you Ami for making everything happen ♥️🤗🥰

A heartfelt thank you to the team at who stood by us at every step of the wedding.

From the very first recce, the couple instantly connected with the property, and from that moment on, the team became an extension of ours.

Trideep from the sales team, who helped us bring the venue on board and set the tone for everything that followed. He always assured us, “all is well”, and lived up to it till the moment we bid goodbye at the property. He went above and beyond in his capacity!

Chef Nikhil ensured the culinary experience stayed exceptional, from sugar-free desserts to curating authentic South Indian flavours and hosting multiple tastings across Hyderabad and Udaipur. Nikhil & ITC at country level brought the best chefs onboard to curate the best experience for the guests.

Upender, the GM, brought incredible support and openness. Always approachable, always encouraging bigger ideas, and never making it feel like there were any layers between us.

And Sumit, the Director of Security, ensured everything stayed perfectly in place behind the scenes, handling even the smallest details with precision. It takes a village to manage something of this scale, but he ensured that despite the number of people involved, nothing went off track.

For a wedding of this magnitude, it takes a team that truly shows up. Thank you, Team ITC. Every department was 10 out of 10 from Hospitality to F&B to butler service and the amazing Bar menus curated for Virosh! It is and will always be, hands down, the best in all aspects, and we couldn’t have been happier anywhere else.

Blood, sweat, and sleepless nights, that’s what it really takes.

The real force behind everything that shone at the celebrations.
The RVR core team, the people who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, putting in days, nights, sweat, and relentless effort to bring every moment to life.

From coordinating countless vendors to ensuring the family’s privacy was protected at every step, the team stood firmly by the ethos I believe in. Even as information circulated or curiosity grew about the celebrations, they handled it with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Every detail was approached with intent, from weaving in elements that reflected the couple’s story to executing ideas at scale with precision. Whether it was creating the now-iconic oversized urli, as Vijay mentioned, that brought together an entire circle of friends or thoughtfully incorporating personal touches across the celebrations, each element was carefully planned and managed. And while these moments stood out, they were just a glimpse, one of the many details that came together seamlessly behind the scenes.
What made this journey even more special was the shared determination, a collective drive to make this wedding not just beautiful, but truly memorable and experiential.

Grateful for a team that gives far more than 100% and stands by the vision every step of the way🫶

The people you meet through work and you make them friends for life 🫶 we literally worked as partners on Virosh wedding so much that someone in the wedding asked if she was part of RVR 😅 she is this amazing friend of the couple and now mine too 😊♥️ Rare gem 💎!!! You don’t always walk away from a wedding feeling this full! With Vijay and Rushie after a point, it never felt like we were handling two celebrities, it felt like getting two genuinely beautiful humans married, deeply in love with each other. 🫶

A super creative couple who knew what they wanted and all of us just brought their vision to life. Every outfit, every vibe in the décor, every theme of jewellery, it was their vision, thoughtfully curated in a way that felt truly them.

What stood out even more was their warmth, how it extended to everyone around them. And somewhere along the way, what we shared moved past a familiar bond into something far more familial and intimate. The affection was mutual and effortless.
Vijay and Rushie, as we all know are beautiful on the outside, but even more so within. And their families were no different.
Vijay’s mother, who carried such a clear and heartfelt vision for her son’s wedding, was expressive, involved, and deeply invested in every detail. Hearing her say, at the end of all, that this was exactly how she had dreamt it to be… that truly stayed with me.

And Rushie’s parents, a part of this journey, I’ll always hold very close.
My visit to Coorg was meant to understand the rituals, but it became so much more. From opening their home to me, walking me through traditions, to the warmth they extended, it never once felt transactional. It felt personal.🥹❤️
And a big shoutout to the siblings. Anand’s kindness and Shimu’s infectious love felt so easy to connect with.

And then the extended VD & RM team, the people who often go unseen but make you feel at home in the smallest ways.

This wedding will always live in my heart, the joy, the random laughing sessions during planning, the warmth. Somehow, it feels like the bond I share with you both has been there for much longer than the time we’ve actually known each other.

Hands down the most beautiful wedding that RVR has planned that was filled with love and only love.
Virosh, thank you for introducing me to your side of the world.♥️🫶
