This is not the usual Promotional Post that you see on our page, this is about an incident rather a bad experience that sometimes a businessman, a shopkeeper or a service provider face. As a Human being when we wake up in morning and gets ready for work, we somehow have a positive feeling for our business for which we do a lot of hardwork, mostly we gets to meet the client who makes you feel even more good, who understand the terms & condition, who takes your dealing terms seriously and we 95% of times feels blessed to have those clients but then sometimes you met people who wants a good service from you in a least possible price & then they expect the service provider to feed thier EGO too when they try to change the dealing terms & conditions. Every business has different way to earn, Here i am sharing an incident i faced with these two people named Sugandha Srivastav & Varun , With Power there comes a Responsibility too but people like these doesn’t understand the same rather they are like those who uses power of social media to spoil someone’s image & business which actually can effect someone’s family too.
So Let me first share her 1 star review on our google page which says “Highly rude behavior by the photographer
we asked him to show pictures and we will get the payment done once we see the pictures are edited or not he kept on arguing as if we are roadsiders
he doesnot understand and keeps arguing
n had sent raw pictures saying the pictures are edited !!!!horrible work spoiled my baby girls birthday pictures.
Now in my business ,it is nothing like showing pictures... if clients wants to see pictures they can visit our studio, see the pictures & make the payment but here by saying that she asked me to show the pictures ,she and her husband wanted me to send all the pictures which was actually the final things & that too when i don't know her residence, that too when i asked them that they can visit the studio & see the pictures & then make the payment for which they didn’t had time & they wanted the final delivery at the comfort of their home without paying the money which we work for..
Now this post is for all the valuable customer that we have & we respect ,to understand that it is not always about that service provider is cheating or rude or something, we too are human beings who have their families to run & we have the business to earn bread & butter & the people who are helping us in running the business ,we are not here to disrespect the same people.

This lady wanted a Photographer for her daughter’s birthday & i quoted her 3000 rs for 2 hrs for unlimited soft copies (edited). I had a deal in written where i asked her to pay 1000 rs advance & 2000 rs after the shoot to which she said “Aap kal hi poora paymen le lena” by this she meant that i should confirm the booking without the booking token amount and also she was ready to pay complete payment just after the shoot, to which i tried making her understand that our industry doesn’t work this way as we also need the surity before assigning a photographer for your event to which she paid 1000 rs & balance 2000rs had to be paid after the shoot
The Guest were 8 Adults & 3 kids & i had instructed my photographer to click natural pictures of birthday girls as she is not camera friendly( And there are special reason for same) and to my surprise photographer clicked more then 400 pictures in just 2 hrs with 8 adult guest & 3 kids . He reached there before time & provided them services for more then 2 hrs
Now when after the shoot & as per the deal photographer asked them for the amount to which they said they will pay it by late evening via paytm, around 9:58 pm she messaged me that when she can get pictures(with no talk about the payment), i told her that she would get the pictures next day as i need a day to edit them & by editing it is a matter of common sense that in these event photographs, photographer will do the editing in brightness, contrast & saturation as client needed soft copies only, we are not making album so there is no question of changing backgrounds & putting different effects on 400 pictures. Some edited images have been shown below with blurred face as my intention is not reveal someone’s identity but all of you can get the idea weather i have edited the pictures or not & there are 400 pics like these which i have delivered .
I again reminded her that she needs to provide the email id and balance payment to which she sent her email & for payment she shaid to remind her tomorrow. Next day around 3:53 pm she again enquired for pictures & i told her that i edited them to which she asked me to send the pictures & she will make the payment done ,after that i called her(recorded audio is posted below which got disconnected in middle). Now when you ask the client for booking amount to which they say kal poora le lena & then they somehow try to change the terms after getting the work done as a service provider ,you will feel something fishy, then i got a whatsapp call from her husband which couldn’t get recorded where he started making stories about the past bad experience to which i respectfully tried convincing him that if we send all the pictures ,what is left in my hand, i gave them the option to visit the studio ,see the final output ,satisfy themselves for which they didn’t had time, i told them that i can send you 20 random pictures from folder so that they can get ensured to which the person named Varun started abusing and even said that i’ll beat you. Now pls. Go through the screenshots & audio & is upto all of you to decide where we as a service provider, as a buisnessman and specially as a human beings are wrong.
If we have this power of reviewing someone on social media, is it not unfair that anybody can put your buisness at risk just because you are unable to satisfy the EGO thing?
Is it not unfair that when you give your level best to the client, you give them extra time, you reach before time & later they can change the terms of deal?
By looking at the pictures & there are 400 more pics like these ,edited & just clicked in 2 hours with just 8 guest, is it right to say that we ruined the function & it was horrible.
I understand that there could be trust issue and it is actually from the both sides but then you always have the option to visit the place ,satisfy with the work, get it copied in your pendrive & make the payment, but No, you want it at the comfort of your Cushioned Sofa without paying money & it is when you have made your terms very clear in starting itself in written.

And Mrs Sugandha & Mr Varun, i gave all the respect to you during the deal & calls but let me be specific , We dont take unnecessary s**t, We value our cutomers a lot, a lot means a lot but people like you are making this world a bad place. Have some courtesy, Have some feelings ,Learn to return respect when you are getting it
