BIHUWAN (The Assamese Calendar)

This calendar major goal is to keep our tradition alive. Traditional garb and its use have been steadily dwindling in recent years, with western wear increasingly taking their place. As a result, the primary goal of our calendar is to raise public awareness about the uniqueness of our traditional attire in all aspects of daily life. We want to illustrate that not just dresses, but even our own conventional clothing may be worn artistically. People enjoy becoming westernised, but we must remember our own Assamese culture. So here's a test run by our group to make our traditional attire and culture more popular and innovative to hang out with.

This initiative is being made to showcase our cultural traditions and costumes, as well as the natural beauty of Assam.
