1. It is mandatory for all the participants to wear shoes.
2. Bus will provided at 9:00 AM near gosor-tol.
3. Those who haven't registered yet, Offline registration will be made there on-spot at 8:30 AM.
4. Packet lunch will be provided for the participants.

Rules of the event :

1. It will be a 2-days event. Each participant can participate only one day, i.e., either on Day 1 or Day 2.
2. Online registration is advised. Offline is subject to availability and dates will be strictly based on "First Come First Serve" basis.
3. Participants will be provided with 16 pellets. 3+3 pellets shall be used for trial shoot (for Rifle and Pistol) and the rest 10 shall be used for the competition.
4. Standard Shooting Range rules will be followed unless otherwise stated by the organizing committee.
5. The winner is the one scoring the maximum number of points.
6. Registration fee of INR 200 for Air Rifle and INR 250 for both Rifle and Pistol is to be paid to validate your registration.

The winner of day 2 of "HEADSHOT" for 10 metre air rifle was Randeep Choudhury from Assam Engineering College (MCA Department) . He scored an unbelievable 34 points breaking all the previous records of HEADSHOT 2.0.

Also, Deepjyoti Phukon (Civil Department) from AEC is now at 2nd position. He scored 29 points by beating yesterday best of 28 points scored by Sudip Sinha from Matriz College.

Further, Pranjal Das topped the scoring chart of day 2 by scoring 13 points from the total 20.

The top 3 of HEADSHOT 2.0 till day 2 are :
1) Randeep Choudhury (34 points)
2) Deepjyoti Phukon ( 29 points)
3) Sudip Sinha ( 28 points)

The winner of the inaugural day of "HeadShot" for 10 metre air rifle was Sudip Sinha from Matriz College, Zoo Tiniali. He scored 28 points out a possible 50.

Also,Sanjay Barman from Assam Engineering College topped the score card in 25 metre Pistol by scoring a whopping 15 points of 20 total points.

HEADSHOT FACT # 3

Olympic medalist shooter Gagan Narang praises about the World Class Infrastructure of Kahilipara Shooting Range (i.e our event venue) but he is really upset to see that the infrastructure is not attracting shooters.

He advises children and youth to associate themselves with shooting as it helps improving the level of concentration.

So, that's why HEADSHOT team is taking the initiative of organizing shooting training amongst budding Engineers and then holding competition among them so that they may also develop interest in shooting. Also, who knows few of them may even become expert shooters in future. :-)
