Dear friends & well wishers we regret to inform you that due to state wide mourning due to the passing away of 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗷𝘁. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘃 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗼𝘁𝘀𝗮𝘃 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 is hereby postponed.

We are grateful to all the artistes participating in the festival who have extended their condolences & stood beside us in supporting our decision. Pt Ronu Mazumdar ji, Anubrata Chatterjee ji, Rupak Bhattacharjee ji & others have agreed to perform at a later date once the situation is congenial for rescheduling the festival. We are thankful to all our patrons, audience & supporters who have extended a sympathetic hand towards us.

It is with a heavy heart we acknowledge that we are moved much beyond words with the passing away of the 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘆𝗮 than deciding to postponing the festival. His contribution towards Satriya tradition inspires us to move forward 🙏
