What the person will do -
• Understand the consumers of feature content and our readers that we want to focus on.
• Identification of content needs
• Generate content on the basis users need
will think and conceptualize the content
• Understand the content consumption form the overall user data and plan the content accordingly
try out multiple ideas and formats which are a creative mix of visual, video, audio and text elements, by collaborating with the Product & Video/Graphics team to figure out what works best for our users.
• Analyze content performance metrics and ensure the team leverages that completely during the editorial planning process.
What will the ideal person look like -
• 6-7 years, should have worked in generating leisure content.
• Understands video working.
should have worked for 3-4 segments out of Leisure, Lifestyle, Travel, Health, Utility, Women.
• Should have field exposure.
• Should have good working knowledge of Hindi even if the person is working on an English platform.
• Should be able to ideate and come up with new ideas and initiatives.
ability to work fast, hit deadlines and multi-task

अवकाश, जीवन शैली, यात्रा, स्वास्थ्य, उपयोगिता, महिला में से 3-4 खंडों के लिए काम करना चाहिए था।
• फ़ील्ड एक्सपोज़र होना चाहिए.
• भले ही व्यक्ति अंग्रेजी प्लेटफॉर्म पर काम कर रहा हो, उसे हिंदी का अच्छा कामकाजी ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
• नए विचारों और पहलों पर विचार करने और उनके साथ आने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
