India’s Premier Welding Technology Exhibition – Weld India organised by The Indian Institute of Welding is back in Mumbai, after a gap of six years. Weld India 2015 is scheduled from December 10-12, 2015 at CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

The 10th International Exhibition will cover Arc Welding, Solid State Processes, Brazing, Soldering, Adhesive Bonding, Plastic Welding, Cutting, Metallurgy, Materials Testing Techniques including NDT, Health & Safety, Robotics & Automation, Beam Processes & Special Processes like Nano Joining and other allied fields.

The exhibition is being held concurrent to the National Welding Seminar (NWS) of the Indian Institute of Welding (IIW). The International Seminar will host about 350+ delegates and about 100 high quality technical papers are expected to be presented at NWS 2015.

Over 150 Exhibitors including International Exhibitors will be participating in Weld India 2015.

SIX WEEK INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

Short terms certified training program for Engineering students (MAE/CS/IT) in which they will be dealing with a live project. Students will learn concepts of designing and manufacturing a racing vehicle. This training will completely prepare the students to design and manufacture an F-1/ATV vehicle.

Various Training programs offered are:
1. Designing and manufacturing of ATV
2. Designing and manufacturing of Quad-TORC
3. Designing and manufacturing of F-1 car
4. Training for CS/IT students

Time period- June 27th- July 31st,2014 (35 days)

Registration Fee: 6500 INR

NOTE: There will be a scholarship test in which three students will be given a scholarship of 5000INR, 3000INR and 1500INR as per there performance in the test.
