ISCL is a joint initiative by Board of Sports Trust in India and Grand Sports and Events private Limited. Board of Sports Trust in India and Grand Sports and Events Private Limited have formed Indian Stars Cricket League in India for the young Cricket players in Indian who are talented but they did not get good platform. It is a national platform where the children above 12 years of age, who have a passion for playing cricket, can showcase their talent.
