Shikhar Naad Qureshi is son and disciple of Ustad Taufiq Qureshi, grandson of the great master Ustad Alla Rakha and nephew of the one and only Ustad Zakir Hussain. Sabir Sultan Khan is the son and disciple of the legendary Ustad Sultan Khan.

He plays the same Sarangi that his great grandfather Ustad Azim Khan Sahab used to play. A renowned court musician in Sikar, Rajasthan, he was part of the distinguished lineage of the Sikar Gharana. Sabir Sultan Khan is a ninth generation sarangi artist, who trained under his father Ustad Sultan Khan and grandfather Ustad Gulab Khan.
