this event for conducting this reunion party for the college mates who came from different parts of the world to make this event an successfull one. Thanks to all :)

Hi Arun & team,

Very Good Morning.

On behalf of the whole team I extend thanks for making the day memorable and my best wishes for your future.

All of the events are participatory and well-designed/organized to fully engage everyone attended.

Regarding the feedback, its simple to say that we did not expect such entertainment and really enjoyed.

Comments are

Punctuality: Made your presence On/before time in Venue, it is always a good sign for a good team.
Presentation: Should have been better with much innovative/new games. Yes we enjoyed some games and few activities are actually a old one which everyone knew, so it would be great if any new activity could have been brought in.
Host: If that girl completes the whole day with you on hosting the activities, it would be awesome and still its good but always it will be good when 2 genders hosting some activity.
DJ: Loved it
Audio & Lighting: No comments – simply good.
Trophies & Gifts: Expecting little better in that coffee mug but that’s fine.

On a whole, we are very much happy to have you again for our next team outing.
