Artists’ Corner Vol. 25 🎸

Meet Lucky. Chennai-born, soul-bearing, and unafraid to sit in the space between vulnerability and connection — that’s where his music lives.

Blending pop, rock, and indie pop with influences like John Mayer, Jeremy Zucker, and The Band Camino, Lucky’s debut single “Dream” introduced a sound that’s intimate yet expansive — honest storytelling wrapped in warm melodies and lush production.

Following a sold-out launch show, he’s now finishing his debut album. Up next: “Fall in Love” — the next chapter in a story that’s only just begun.

“Play for the room, but write for yourself.” 🎶

Vol. 24 of Artists’ Corner brings us to Anjali Manoharan 🎸✨

An indie pop singer-songwriter from Bangalore, now based in Chennai, Anjali writes from the heart — blending alternative and indie pop with touches of jazz, shaped by emotion, observation, and the stories we often keep to ourselves.

Currently working on her debut EP (dropping this year!), crafted alongside Sanjai Shine, Balaji Krishnan, and Sajin Stanly — this is just the beginning of her world as an independent artist.

“Always follow your heart and your intuition. The most important skill you can learn in life is to listen.” 🌹

Some are written in books. Some are written on its walls.

Mumbai has watched generations come and go — through its monuments, its streets, its windows, and its many changing faces.

But what if these places could speak?

This Friday, Kadha by Amritha Thankachy, presented by Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, brings stories to life through music, memory and imagination.

📍 NMACC, Mumbai

Artists’ Corner Vol. 23 🎙️

Meet Shreyas B Rao — singer, composer, and music producer from Bengaluru, whose sound lives where Carnatic and Hindustani roots meet contemporary indie storytelling.

From a runner-up finish on Yede Thumbi Haaduvenu to founding the band Tarana, Shreyas has spent years finding his own voice — and it shows. Releases like Marham and Hegiruve are proof: emotionally honest, cinematic, and unafraid to sit with longing, nostalgia, and vulnerability.

“Create because you have something to say, not because the algorithm expects you to.” 🖤
