It's a privilege to announce a special felicitation ceremony honouring Thiru Sadhasivam Subramaniam, popularly known as Suki Sivam, one of the most respected and celebrated orators, writers, and scholars in the Tamil language.

The felicitation will be held on 5th September 2026 at 6:00 PM onwards at MMA, Chennai, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Tamil literature, public speaking, spiritual discourse, and motivational thought spanning over five decades.

Over the years, Suki Sivam has made an indelible mark through his powerful oratory, insightful writing, and ability to connect Tamil literature, spirituality, philosophy, motivation, and everyday life with audiences across generations.

He has authored more than 25 books and has contributed extensively through video programmes and discourses on motivation, literature, spirituality, and religion. He also became widely known to television audiences through his popular programme “Indha Naal Iniya Naal.”

His contribution to Tamil literature and public discourse was recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu with the Kalaimamani Award.

The title “Solvendhar” — King of Words — has become synonymous with Suki Sivam. The Tamil community and literary forums have also honoured him with many titles such as “Sollin Selver,” “Sendhamizh Thendral,” and “Soll Vendhar Muthamil Peraringar".

We consider it a privilege to recognise one of Tamil Nadu’s finest orators and to celebrate his extraordinary contribution to the Tamil language and to generations of listeners and readers. Five decades of words.

Chit Funds Day 2026 – Celebrated with Grandeur! 🎉

Chit Funds Day 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 18th August 2026 at MMA Center, Chennai, jointly organized by the Tamil Nadu Chit Fund Companies Association and the Incorporated Chit Fund Association.

The event was successfully organized by IKON for the third consecutive year, creating a meaningful platform for industry leaders, entrepreneurs and stakeholders to connect, learn and celebrate the contribution of the chit fund sector.

The celebration was graced by the Hon’ble Minister for Commercial Taxes and Registration, Government of Tamil Nadu, Thiru D. Logesh Tamil Selvan, as the Chief Guest.

The audience gained valuable insights from distinguished speakers including Mr. Murali Sundaram, Happiness Coach, Entrepreneur & International Trainer, and Dr. Shyamala Ramesh Babu, Founder of Chisel and Evolve.

A particularly inspiring session was delivered by Mr. Moses Dharmabalan, Founder & Owner of HalwaKadai.com, Aaladi Pattiyan and Karpatti Coffee. Sharing his entrepreneurial journey, he highlighted how chit funds played a crucial role in providing the capital needed to build and grow his businesses—demonstrating the practical value of chit funds in supporting entrepreneurship.

On 2nd August 2026, IKON successfully organized the _"Arogya Franchise Business Curtain Raiser Event"_ at the Anna Centenary Library, Chennai. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 120 entrepreneurs, providing a valuable platform to explore business opportunities, network with like-minded professionals, and gain insights into the Arogya franchise model.

The function was graced by some of the luminaries from different business entities - Mr Ma Foi Pandiarajan, Executive Chairman of CIEL HR Group, Mr CK Kumaravel, Co-Founder and CMD of Naturals, Mr Suresh Sambandam, Founder and CEO of Kissflow and Mr Surekaa Sundar, Founder CEO of Talent Factory. The proceedings were convened by the Orator & Journalist Mr Avudaiyappan.
