⚠️ Beware! Reusing used oil is harmful to health ⚠️
During Ramadan, we use a lot of oil to fry and fry our fasting dishes. But reheating used oil over and over again can cause major health problems.
When oil is heated repeatedly, bacteria can grow in it. This can quickly lead to food poisoning.
Cons: The structure of the oil changes and harmful substances like 'trans fat' are formed. This can cause indigestion, stomach pain, and vomiting.
Serious diseases: In the long run, it increases the risk of cancer, heart disease, cholesterol, and liver diseases.
Note:
Discard the oil that has been used once.
Avoid burnt black ones when buying fried foods from outside.
Even at home, reduce fried foods and adopt a healthy eating habit.
