What are the responsibilities?
The responsibilities of a Kaseya Support Trainee vary slightly from that of a Level 1 Customer Support Engineer. The key difference is the overall amount of work and the scope of training provided. An intern is expected to handle the same pool of tickets that the level 1 team. The responsibilities of an intern are as follows:
To lead in the diagnosis and resolution of complex Kaseya product issues through the general knowledge of the Kaseya product and IT
Ensure all helpdesk ticket details are recorded accurately and professionally within the Kaseya helpdesk
Communicate with customers on a daily basis via the Kaseya helpdesk, web session, and/or phone to ensure they are kept updated on their helpdesk ticket request
Assist in any support-related projects or tasks.
Requirements
Detail-oriented, hardworking and enthusiastic.
Pursuing or have completed an Information Technology / Computer major
Solid communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment a must.
Able to work independently when requested.
Evaluations:
After the first evaluation, bi-monthly evaluations allow Managers to identify the following criteria is being met:
Skill development or job knowledge gained over the course of the Trainings.
Overall contribution to the mission of the organization.
Dependability, punctuality, attendance.
Relations with others, overall attitude.
Potential in the field.
Process:
At the first the shortlisting will be done by an interview process. All the registered students will be intimated accordingly.
