We wish everyone a very Happy & Prosperous Diwali. I am sharing a little information of Diwali for our international friends : Diwali is the "festival of lights", a five-day Hindu festival which starts on Dhanteras, celebrated on the thirteenth lunar day of dark fortnight of the Hindu calendar.Diwali is one of the Biggest & most important festivals of the year and is celebrated in families by performing traditional activities together in their homes. It involves the lighting of small clay lamps filled with oil to signify the triumph of good over evil. Lamps are kept on during the night and one's house is cleaned, both done in order to make the goddess Lakshmi feel welcome.Firecrackers are burst because it is believed that it drives away evil spirits. During Diwali, all the celebrants wear new clothes and share sweets and snacks with family members and friends)

All set with the preparation for making Khad Khana ... 20 chickens , 5 lamb rear legs , Dinner Party for 100 people tomorrow. A Rajhasthani cooking , where food is cooked inside the land . Khad or ‘earth’ cuisine developed in one of the hottest corners of India in Rajasthan. It is a type of dessert cuisine also practiced by the nomadic tribes of Rann of Kutch. There is evidence that the cuisine was also practiced in the Multan region which is now in Pakistan. The name also originates from the 'pit method of preparation. This is what Indulge is know for ..its special super delicious and rear cooking.
