Announcement:
We would like to keep everyone informed that due to the outburst of the Corona virus, government has enforced restriction on gathering of more than 100 people. Many of the events are either getting cancelled or postponed for this restriction or in some cases the guests are not turning up for the event. Please make sure that you are confirming and blocking the dates by paying the advance amount accordingly. After confirmation, the advance amount is used towards procurement and blocking vendors for the event. Our time is also spent for activities like planning, site-visit etc. If the event is cancelled from your end, it becomes very challenging for us to refund the advance amount because the same would have already been used for blocking vendors for the same day. Since we do not get any refund from our vendors, on event of cancellation, we will NOT be able to refund the advance amount if the cancellation is done within 10 days of the event, by the customer.
However, as a good will gesture, we will try our best to refund the remaining advance amount, if any, after deducting the amounts which are already invested for the event or POSTPONE the event to a later date, provided we are not blocked on that date. As you are aware that the investment amount increases as the event date approaches nearer, please inform us if there is any chance in your plan, well in advance so that we can work out the best option for you.
