Please Note:
· Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.

Cancellation Policy:
· If a cancellation happens 72 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
· If a cancellation occurs between 48 and 24 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 percent refund will be issued.
· If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued
Delivery Information
· The balloons will be hung using cello tape.
· The balloons are stuck using removable cello tape.
· Generally, no marks are left if they are removed within 24 hours.
· Cake table to be provided by the customer, we do not provide any eatables as a part of decoration.
Care Instructions
· The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
· Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
· You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling wherever necessary.
· We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
· If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience
· No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
