🌶️ Fiery Chilli Paneer / Chicken Recipe 🔥

Restaurant Style | Spicy | Indo-Chinese Favorite

📝 Ingredients
For Paneer / Chicken
- 250g Paneer cubes or Boneless Chicken cubes
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour (Maida)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- Water (as needed)
- Oil for frying

For Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
- 2–3 Green chillies (sliced)
- 1 Onion (cubed)
- 1 Capsicum (cubed)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp water (slurry)
- Spring onions for garnish

👨‍🍳 Cooking Instructions
Step 1 – Fry Paneer / Chicken
In a bowl add cornflour, maida, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and water.
Make a thick batter.
Add paneer/chicken and coat well.
Deep fry until golden and crispy.
Keep aside.

Step 2 – Make the Sauce
Heat oil in a pan/wok.
Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and sauté.
Add onion and capsicum cubes and stir fry on high flame.
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Mix well.

Step 3 – Combine
Add fried paneer/chicken into the sauce.
Add cornflour slurry to thicken the gravy.
Toss everything on high flame for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions.

🔥 Pro Tips
Cook on high flame for restaurant taste
Don’t overcook paneer or it becomes rubbery
Add extra chilli sauce for more spice
For dry version → use less cornflour slurry
