NDK Kalyana Mandira

The TrustThe Justice Shri N.D.Krishna Rao Memorial Trust, a charitable trust was established in the year 1978, and the Kalyana Mandira was inaugurated in the year 1985. With the prime objective of carrying out charitable activities in the memory of Justice N.D. Krishna Rao a memorial building was constructed in Indiranagar.It was decided to utilize the Memorial Building as a Wedding Hall that would provide a recurring source of income to enable the charitable activities of the Trust. Kalyana Mandira was inaugurated on 10th November, 1985 by Justice Sri. Supreme Court of India, with Sri. Veerandra Hedge, Dharmadhikari, Kshetra Dharmasthala presiding over the function.Ever Since the Trust has been operating the Kalyana Mandira, which has hosted numerous weddings, spiritual & charitable functions. Over the last 23 years the Trust has supported variuos other charitable organizations across Karnataka in the form of contributions to develop their own infrastructure.
