The day opened with a session on ‘Retail Reimagined: Smart Stores’, where Monika Phartyal, CIO at Page Industries; Kunal Mehta, CIO at Arvind Fashions Limited; Rajesh Verma, VP - IT at Indian Terrain; Ganesh V. Sastry, Head of IT - Retail at Decathlon Sports India; and Jitender Singh, Founder of Clickzy Creative Technologies explored how smart tech is enhancing the in-store journey.
