From golden hour to gala glow. ✨ We crafted a menu that transformed with the evening, welcoming 1,000 guests to a seamless culinary experience. The afternoon began with a menu of bright flavors designed to feel light and lively as the space filled with natural light and conversation. But as the lights dimmed and the mood shifted, so did the menu. We moved into richer, more decadent notes that matched the evening’s tone. 🍷

We had so much fun with our spring stations. 🍽️✨ Every cart, buffet, and setup was designed with intention, a delicious collaboration between our culinary and design teams. From the flow and plating to the unexpected details that draw guests in, we see buffet style service as an art form. Innovation does not always mean creating something new.
