A little reminder that sometimes the best things happen when plans change. 🤍
Celine and Sean found me just a few weeks before their wedding after their original coordinator unexpectedly stepped away. It wasn't how they imagined their planning journey would unfold, but by the end of the celebrations, Celine told me it was a blessing in disguise because I was the one who got to bring their wedding to life.
Stepping into someone else's plans at the last minute always comes with a little pressure—but when you've spent years coordinating weddings, you know that every timeline, every vendor call, every guest movement and every little detail simply needs someone to take ownership.
From a beautiful Nuptial Mass with Fr. Warner's Warner D'Souza heartfelt homily to an unforgettable reception at the stunning Penha de França, my role was simple: make sure Celine and Sean could be fully present while everything else happened seamlessly behind the scenes.
One of my favourite moments came at the end of the night when Celine hugged me and told me that everything had worked out for the best because, as she said, it felt like I was meant to coordinate their wedding. There aren't many compliments more meaningful than that.
